The 2018 Alumni Weekend dates are 10-11 August 2018.
The Executive would like to encourage everyone to please register for the weekend.
Please register for all activities you plan on attending, this will give us an indication of rough numbers for the different activities.
There are several Check Boxes near the bottom of the Registration Form, to indicate the individual events you plan on attending:
- Meet & Greet at Crown Isle, Friday 10 August 2018
- Alumni Day at HMCS Quadra, Saturday 11 August 2018
- Alumni Association AGM at HMCS Quadra, Saturday 11 August 2018
- Lunch at HMCS Quadra Dining Room, Saturday 11 August 2018

At the bottom of the registration form is the most important section, registration for the Alumni Dinner at the Crown Isle Resort on Saturday 11 August 2018.
Please ensure that you check off the boxes for yourself and any additional guests who will be attending the dinner.
NOTE: this is the only method available for registration for the Dinner, so please ensure you check it off if you want to attend, and check off for each additional guest, as well.
The theme for the weekend this year is to honour all the Two Week General training Cadets and to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Sea Cadets in Canada. In addition, it is also the 20th Anniversary of the initial formation of the Alumni Association.

Meet & Greet:
The Meet & Greet will take place Friday August 10 from 1800 to 2359 hrs in the Silver Room of the Crown Isle Clubhouse. There will be a no host bar available. Those arriving on Friday and wishing a meal are welcome to use the Timber Room in the Crown Isle clubhouse otherwise there is a McDonald’s, Tim Horton’s, Subway, Starbucks, a Sushi Bar and Thrifty’s Food deli all close by.

Annual Alumni Dinner:
The Dinner will be held Saturday, August 11 in the Silver Room, Crown Isle Resort Clubhouse. No host bar opens at 1800 hrs with dinner at 1900 hrs, the bar will be available until 2359. A vegetarian option will be available upon request.
Cost for the dinner this year is $55.00 per person.
Pre-registration and payment for the dinner is required. You must register using the Registration Link to the left. Payment can be made by one of the three following methods:

Accommodations:
We have reserved a number of the Hotel Villas at Crown Isle at an excellent group rate. The rooms will be held until July 1st after which they will be released to the public. This is prime season and will sell out quickly, so book early. Details and pricing are in this document (same document as above).
